Privacy policy

Pawsulin · last updated 21 October 2026

Pawsulin is made by Denbase.

Pawsulin is a shared care log for pets on insulin or other regular medication. This policy explains what the app stores, why, who can see it and how to delete it. Pawsulin is an owner-recorded log, not veterinary advice.

What we store

Who can see your records

Only the people in your household: those you invite (members and sitters) see the pets of that household and their records. A sitter’s access ends on the date you set. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Service providers

Google Firebase (sign-in, push notifications, crash reports, analytics), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and our hosting provider (Railway), which runs the server and database. Cloudflare hosts our website (denbase.app), which sets no cookies. They process data only to provide these services.

Keeping and deleting data

Records are kept while your account exists. Delete your account in Profile → Delete account: your account, your photos and subscription mirror are deleted; a household you alone own passes to its longest-standing member, or is deleted with its records and photos if nobody is left.

Your rights

You can see and correct your records in the app, take them out as a PDF with the vet report, and delete them as above. For anything else, including questions about this policy, write to privacy@denbase.app.

Children

Pawsulin is meant for adults caring for pets and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes and the app shows the new version.
