Delete your account
How to delete your account and its data in Pawsulin by Denbase.
In the app
- Open the Profile tab.
- In the Account section, tap “Delete account”. On a guest account, tap “Delete guest account”.
- Read what will be deleted and what stays. If you signed in with an account, confirm it’s you with your password, your Google account or your Apple ID. A guest account has no sign-in, so there is nothing to confirm.
- Tap “Delete account…”, type DELETE when asked, and tap “Delete account”.
What is deleted
- Your account: your sign-in, your email address and your display name.
- Your photos.
- Our record of whether you have Premium.
What passes on
- A household you alone own passes to its longest-standing member.
- If nobody is left, the household is deleted with its records and photos.
- Entries you logged stay in the log of a household that continues.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings.

Can’t open the app? Write to pawsulin@denbase.app from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my Pawsulin account”.
We delete it as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days.
